Hello Team,
I have created a booking with PNR MMRN*D, But due to the auto select feature I have selected the wrong name for the booking. I contacted Indigo and then they refunded the full amount of INR *,*** immediately. Again I have booked the ticket for the same route with changed name(i.e. Biswashree Panda and PNR is JL*FUZ). Now I have raised the cancellation request through your portal and request you to kindly refund the full amount as Airline has refunded the full amount against that booking.
I am sharing the following attachment:
*. Cancellation and refund email for previous booking
*. New booking with HappyEasyGo for the same route and correct name.
It has been more than a month but I haven't received my refund. Happyeasy go is a fraud company.
