Air india - Refund not processed

Last year I had booked a ticket from Air India. But due to Covid, all the flights were cancelled. Its been exactly ** months and still the company still hasn't refunded my money back. Everytime i call the customer care,they say it will be refunded in a month's time but that month has not yet come.
