Air India Make My Trip - REFUND NOT PROCESSED

This is with reference to the endless number of followups that I have made your customer support team of Air India team asking for my full refund against the canceled ticket number ***-********** and ***-**********.

The passenger names are:-

*.Prashant Bareja
*.Rashmi Sharma

I made this booking on *th of Nov **** from Make my trip for Mum-Del on **th on Nov. But due to a sudden change in plan I canceled my ticket on the same date within * hrs directly by calling up the Air India where full refund was promised to me while cancelling the ticket as per your policy of cancelling the ticket within ** hrs of booking.

Now it's been close to * months and my refund is still pending. I have been chasing Air India and Make my trip endlessly for my refund but nothing happening.


Also I have made endless followups on the DELRefunds email id and now I finally received a mail from their end on**th April **** that my refund has been processed and the the travel agent will further process the refund.

While I checked with the travel agent i:- (make my trip). They told me that they haven’t got any refund from Air India.

On calling your customer care team they now tell me that a refund of Rs *** per ticket has been processed from our end.

I just want to know one simple thing when the ticket was canceled within * hrs of booking and I was eligible for full refund as per the within ** hrs cancellation policy of Air india .Why full refund is not processed.

Air India has been fooling me around from past * months and this is now heights of fake promises and harassing the customer.
