Rajeev Kumar Verma filed complaint against Air India Make My Trip on Jan 5, 2021
I booked a ticket through Makemytrip from Mumbai to Frankfurt. The ticket is of **th mach **** when the nation wide lockdown was announced and my flight was cancelled.
Checking on Air India they say I am eligible for full refund but make my trip is keeping the status open of the ticket. Why the hell is this done and why these hurdles are created for refund. This is really cheating by both
They have been keeping my money for several months and not refunding my money to me ... do I have to beg for my earned money
Take strict actions against cheats like MakeMyTrip who are blocking the payment for so long even thought I have cancelled the booking long ago they have kept the status open.
What kind of cheating is this.
