Airindia Express - Refund not Paid
Suresh Vembadi filed complaint against Airindia Express on Jul 6, 2020
Have booked an AirIndia Express Flight ticket for Trivandrum to Coimbatore on **nd March **** for **th March ****. The Flight did not operate due to Covid Lockdown. I cancelled the Ticket and was promised a Refund of INR ****.** on **th March ****. Am following up for more than * months and AirIndia's response is they will process it ASAP. Since I booked the ticket using Credit card I have to pay for the Credit card Interest as well.
Please help...
