Travolook - Refund not paid

I had booked a ticket amounting to Rs **** on Travolook website on ** July ****. Just minutes after the amount was paid and booking was done, I got a message stating the booking is cancelled from the website's end. After that, I've been continuously contacting them regarding the refund and they've not provided me with one till date. They've been giving various excuses stating unwanted reasons for not refunding the amount. I did approach the National Consumer Helpline regarding this and they were also not able ton recover the amount stating that Travolook was not responding to them as well. It has been over * months now and I've still not got the refund for my amount. There are many people who I came across on Twitter as well who were raising their voices against this company who have kept many refund requests pending like this. Requesting you to kindly take serious action against this fraudulent company.
