I Had Placed Order With Amazon Of Nishica Ns-M-*** Rechargeable Torch Two Times In Oct **** , Both The Times My Order Was Cancelled By The Company But Two Times The Amount Of Rs.****.** Was Deducted From My Debit Cards Linked Bank Account. Then I Have Received An Email From Amazon That Your Refund Is Processed On ****-**-** With The Authorization Code [The Refund Reference Number] ************,************ And It will Reflect In Your Bank Account Within * Working Days.But The Amount Hasn't Reached My Bank Account Yet .I Have Called Costumer Care Service Of Amazon,But They Said That Your Account Has Been Stopped Due to Unknown Reason, So we Are Unable To help You Out. Please Contact Your Bank's Costumer Care .I Had Done The Same But bank Said That No Refund Is Received In The Account.
