I have booked an international holiday package On * December **** for a travel date * June **** to ** June **** under yatra super saver Europe package. I have made my first request regarding status of booking and refund policy to be followed by yatra in month of May, but they told me to wait till ** days before the date of travel, then around ** days before the date of travel I made a request for refund because they have not sent any satisfactory answer to me about my refund and status of travel and visa etc, again they told me wait till date of travel, again I have made many requests to them after the date of travel that was * June ****. Till date they have neither refunded me my money nor told me what amount they will refund and till what time. I want full refund of my money as yatra has not fulfilled their promised travel, I have a request before ** days of travel also to avoid cancellation charges etc. kindly address my issue as soon as possible, else I have to follow legal measures for refund and have to take the help of online forums for addressing my complaint. My booking Ref With yatra is YH*******
