I had placed an order on *th of june from a restaurant of rs *** and did an online payment through Google pay. The food was prepared and picked up by the delivery executive after which I received a call from him requesting me to cancel the order as he was unable to deliver the order. Agreeing I cancelled the order and reached out to their chat support where I was promised to receive the refund and a coupon worth ***rs for the inconvenience caused. As of today (**/**/****) I have not received any sort of refund or coupon and if asked they're response is nothing but "please wait the refund will be made in **-** hours"

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
