I ordered a chicken biryani by applying GPAY*** coupon as they promised me to get the cashback of ***rs. I payed *** in total and its been **hrs and i still dint get back the amount. When i contacted customer support for more than * times swiggy people first blamed gpay people and then again yesterday they promised me to get the money within **hrs and today when I contacted them they again put the blame on gpay. GPAY people are throwing the responsibility on swiggy and swiggy on gpay. so what should I do now? I am swearing that I am never gonna use swiggy again in life.
