On ** nov i ordered from food from Swiggy i paid rs ***. I paid them through upi google pay money deducted from my bank account but they didn't placed order i talked with restaurant they told me they didn't received my order but as i mentioned my money deducted from bank. After few minutes i got message from Swiggy that payment not received but deducted amount will get refunded by upi in *-* days. I also talked with them through chat on their app but they told me that you will get money in *-* days now its * days over but they are again and again saying that i will get my money in *-* days. I want my money back. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
