I ordered a cake on *th March **** before * pm for the same day delivery by paying Rs. *** online through paytm UPI. I received their email at about * pm stating they won't be able to deliver the same night and can deliver the next day. I saw the email at about ** pm and immediately replied to the same email telling them to cancel the order and process the refund. I got their response the next morning that the order has been cancelled and the refund will be processed in the next *-** working days which is a very long period. I need the refund immediately.
