I had purchased the byjus live course for NEET **** and the classes started from March . However from August , the classes are not being conducted and no study materials have been sent . Therefore , we made a cancellation request ,actually one of the employees contacted on their own . They sent a receipt that said that the emi would be cancelled and original amount would be refunded on payment of **** something . But nothing has been done , both the money and emi has been deducted
