I am writing to formally request a refund for the NEET and JEE online classes that I purchased from GYJUS in July ****. I paid a total of ₹*,**,*** (₹**,*** + ₹**,***) for these courses. Unfortunately, the classes have not been conducted, and the app has not been functioning as expected.
Despite multiple attempts to access the content, I have been unable to attend any classes due to technical issues, and there has been no communication or update from your team regarding the situation. As I have not received the services that I paid for, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid.
