Byjus aakash - Expensive package not delivered

I bought a * years neet course from BYJU'S Aakash for my daughter . We were assured that we'll be given the study materials and proper classes for complete * years and that's the reason why I haven't enrolled her in any school as well . She only has this platform for her preparations for both ** th boards and Neet . It's been so long but we haven't received the study materials. The councellor from BYJU'S side isn't picking up our calls and there is no help from their side .My daughter struggled a lot to pass her class **th without the study materials , we have paid the entire amount and now we again have to spend money to buy her books ,which is causing a big distress as we already paid for all this .
