Which was cancelled by Amazon itself on **/**/**** by mentioning following “ We regret to inform you that we were unable to deliver your order ***-*******-******* due to certain order related issues and had to cancel it.
If you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. You shall receive a notification once the refund is processed.”
During placing order i had paid **k from my credit cards towards the ordered laptop. However after more than * months also amazon have not refunded my amount. Because of this transaction my cibil also affected for non repayment of credit card overdue amount and hence credit card company also applied charges and interest of more than Rs *k. I am heavily suffering due to this mismanagement of Amazon.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
