I BOUGHT A RETURN TICKET FOR MY WIFE & MYSELF ON AIR INDIA IN FEB'****. DUE TO CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL THE TRIP & FINALLY CANCELLED THE TICKETS ON *TH APRIL ****.
WITH LOT OF DIFFICULTY I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT WITH AIR INDIA EMPLOYEE ON ABOVE DATE & WAS GIVEN A CASE NO.********. Thereafter I have emailed AIR INDIA MANY TIMES, TRIED THEIR PHONE LINES, CUSTOMER CARE ETC.They keep sending new case no's, but I dont get my money back.
Pls help, it is a lot of money for me & I cant believe that a govt organisation Like AIR INDIA is treating me like this.
