Travolook - refund not made by travolook

Dear sir /Madam
I have booked a flight ticket for my younger brother OMKAR DASH in indigo through Travolook.in on **th July **** for **st July **** from BBSR to Bangalore in Economy class & I have received a ticket without any PNR number with Reference No. : REF********* But just after booking its automatically get cancelled and amount of Rs. ****/- has been deducted from my account . After contact with their customer care via telephone & email they replied that the refund will be initiated at our end & the same amount will be reflect back to the same bank account within **-** working days. Now after completion of ** working days still amount has not been recieved after repeatedly contact.
I request for a help here to get my money back.
