as i received mobile was worst in quality, requested for return and per policy they given replacement . unfortunately that mobile has a similar problem. applied for return. and on **th picked up by amazon agent after inspecting.
after a week saying cannot issue a refund as serial number mismatch. however handed over the same product
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
