Varsha Agarwal filed complaint against Cleartrip and Indigo on Jun 29, 2020
The ticket was booked on **/**/**** under booking ID ************ and PNR: CED**V and was supposed to travel on **/**/**** but flight was cancelled due to covid-** grounding of avaitaion servises by government of India. Since then I have been repeatedly contacting Indigo airlines and Cleartrip customer care and have return numerous emails and every time the response is wait for another ** days please help me in getting my refund as I feel both the airlines and Cleartrip are cheating the people of the rightful refund.
