I am on a ketogenic diet, and ordered a Keto Enchilada from Freshmenu. The order I received had rice (which is not Keto), complained on the app, was asked if i want a refund or replacement, and i chose replacement. The replacement order also had rice, and on complaining the second time, Swiggy refuses to issue a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
