Case Number ********** was opened for a battery replacement for my wife's laptop. The engineer found no issue with the Battery and hence returned it back to HP. I have been following up with them via, email, WhatsApp, twitter and after much follow-up for almost a month a case was opened with CRM with CASE ID **********. She sent out an email * weeks back stating refund will be credited in *-* days. It has been almost * weeks, no reply to emails seeking update. Their no is not reachable. Please help
