KARTIK P SOMAIYA filed complaint against Hp India on Jul 13, 2020
I have purchased laptop from hp india from their online store having order no. *************** on *nd june **** but till date i have not received the product. They had told delivery will take ** working days. From **th June i have started followup with them on mail and at times on their helpline no. but till date they have not told when will i receive the product. In mail reply sometimes they say they require ** hrs to check, sometimes they say ** hrs to check, sometimes they say our team is looking into it but till date they have not told when will i receive the product. when i checked status online of my products few days before it showed order cancelled, when asked why its showing ordered cancelled as i had not cancelled it, they told they have requested for return to origin. when asked why, they say we don't know. Now they say they will re-bill and send. But its more then * weeks of them telling this story. Please help and tell them to deliver the laptop in this week or give refund without any deductions.
