Myntra Design Pvt Ltd, online shopping portal, AKR Tech Park, B block, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area - refund not issued

I ordered ** products from myntra online portal and wanted to return the products because of size, colour etc issues. As myntra had withdrawn reverse pickup for my area pincode I self shipped those ** products in a single box with all order ID's written on a page on dt **.**.**** by Indian postal services, tracking ID CQ*********IN which was delivered on Dt **.**.**** at address - Instakart services industrial services Gurgaon ******.The package weighed *kgs.Out of the ** products refund of Rs **** was initiated on dt **.**.**** for * product namely -Lee slim fit cotton shirt and the rest of the products were reflecting return requested in the myntra App. After some time another product namely Adidas * striped details club tennis t shirt white colour (out of the ** self shipped products) is reflecting delivered on **.apr.**** whereas it was self shipped back with the other ** products ( if the product was seef shipped by me how come it is suddenly reflecting delivered after * month of showing -requested return on app, and where is the product).Despite several complaints (more than ** calls and in written app complaints) Myntra has not refunded the amount and now it is reflecting on app- that the package has not been received at myntra's end. How come myntra has refunded for * product out of the ** self shipped products and suddenly after * month and ** days claimed that they have not received the products if they have refunded for * product. Everytime i call or write a complaint on their app they ask for ** hours to resolve the issue but no solution is provided since **.**.****.
