Travolook - Refund not issued

Hi,

I booked a ticket from Travolook (REF*********) for HYD- JGA on **th July. Within few minutes of amount deduction, the ticket was cancelled. I was told that no PNR is generated at the airline end so it got cancelled. The full amount would be refunded to me in *-** working days. Its been two months and a half and the amount is still not refunded. On contacting customer care (****-***-****) they ask to wait. They do not provide an email confirmation for the refund date, nor do they tranfer the call to some senio personnal. They are rude and incompetent.
