Carol Santhmayor filed complaint against Swiggy on Jun 25, 2021
For Order #************ I had ordered from burger king. However, the order was delayed by more than an hour, when I messaged swiggy help. They cancelled my order and told me they will refund my whole amount as no delivery partner was available.
I have reached more than * times to the Help chat they say they have initiated the refund. However, I cannot see any active refund in my swiggy app. When I ask about refund status they say they don't have the option to check it. When I go to swiggy Help Chat it shows no refund for this order.
I have sent email to swiggy support there is no reply from them.
I have all screenshot attached now they tell me it's more than ** hours to raise complaint now.
