Adit Agarwal filed complaint against Yatra on Jun 13, 2021
After cancellation of airline tickets, yatra is only emailing me again and again saying they have issued a refund and it would appear in my credit card in **-** days, however there is no sign of any refund being received on my card. Upon contacting HDFC, they are informing me that no refund has been issued by Yatra.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
