I booked a flight from Air India on Apr **th, **** for Rs. ****.** from New Delhi to Indore. The transaction didn't go through, hence my ticket didn't get booked but the money got deducted from my bank account. I have complained various times to the customer service costing me time and money. They said it would be processed in ** days but it's been longer than that to no avail. It is difficult to hold them accountable because they've been doing it with a lot of other people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
