Dear Sir/Madam,
We had booked AIR INDIA flight tickets from London to Mumbai scheduled on **.**.****. The total amount paid for * passengers was Rs *,**,***/-
our PNR number for ticket is:YR*HG
As per the directions of Ministry of Civil Aviation and as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we are entitled to a full refund as the flight could not operate during the nationwide COVID-** lockdown period.
Please note that we are going through a very tough financial crisis and are in dire need for the amount to be refunded at the earliest. Kindly help us and provide us the refund for the same and oblige.
