Domino's India - Refund not issued for my cancelled order

I ordered pizza from domino's app. Once you enter dominos app, it automatically detects your location and assign a store for your location. So, I ordered a pizza and they cancelled it. And i thought i did some mistake and ordered again with my location and they cancelled the second order also. They called me and said they cannot deliver to my location and they said I have to choose other store and order. But there is no option to choose other store only in the app. They cancelled the order and I didn't get the refund. They told I'll get refund after * days. And i didn't get. And later I complained in domino's app they gave a call and said it'll be refunded in * days and still. It didn't get refunded. They are not picking up or when they pick up they say they will call back. They say it's processing for past one week. And i didn't get any refund confirmation message also till now.
