Domino's India - Bad quality of food

Greetings,

This mail is regarding my Dominos order no. *** (invoice no. *****/**/*****). Dated : **/**/****.
My order was as follows:

* x Onion

* x Capsicum & Red Paprika with Videshi Hot Sauce

* x Paneer & Capsicum with Videshi Hot Sauce

* x Garlic Breadsticks

* x Cheesy Dip.

However, I received a very raw and uncooked order. The color of cheese was such as if it was expired or of bad quality. The whole pizza was very uncooked, as if it was the nothing but white bread infront of me. Seemed like it was not even kept in the oven for * minutes. I'll share you the pictures of what I received. It was disheartening to see this, and looks like my money has been wasted.
I want a refund, what may be the circumstances. I expected a proper cooked order, I paid for the same. Not for raw bread, with uncooked cheese. I may seem harsh with my tone, but such quality is not acceptable. Atleast from an Domino's outlet. Not ready to risk my health as well. I hope you guy's stay accountable for it and take responsibility.
I want a refund. Looking forward for you timely action.
