Dear Sir / Mam
This is regarding payment for same seats twice against Spicejet Airlines vid PNR E*EMNC(Delhi to Shirdi flight dated **th of Feb). I was told that extra amount of Rs *** will be auto refunded to my bank account withing * working days. But its more than a month now , payment is not refunded, I am constantly calling these people almost everyday..but getting no support, this is causing me a mental torture. Please understand my state of mind. These people asked me for my bank statement, googlr pay transaction details on mail I have provided that also...which is not safe sir. Please help me in this matter
