I was trying to book a visa appointment for my France trip through VFS Global. I was shown available slots at VFS Bangalore and I accordingly completed the form and details. I made the payment of Rs. **,*** for it through my SBI Credit card ending **** on March *, **** around *:** PM. After making the payment I got the message that slots are not available and appointment has not been booked. I was subsequently able to book an appointment in VFS Goa office the next day for which I was charged the amount again. Since that day I have been trying to get refund for the earlier failed appointment and they have been of no help. I have raised complaint both through email and their refund request link and nothing has been done. THeir website and customer support are so terrible. At the first place, why was it showing available appointments at VFS Bangalore whn none were available. Further, they have charged the money and there is no sign of initiation of refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
