I am owner of a flat in SR Nagar and it is vacant in the month of June & July ****. Looking for a tenant.
NoBroker.com (Service Provider in arranging tenants) has approached over phone and said that they will arrange tenants with a money back policy costing Rs.****/-. The validity is for ** days. If they fail to get a tenant or tenant is occupied by without their assistance then the amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. ****/-. I paid the said amount to NB on online with Order ID is ************* Dt. **.**.****.
An executive by name Geetha was assigned and she requested orally to note the monthly rent and advance. I said the rent is Rs. **k PM and Advance is Rs. * Months both negotiable.
But I got a tenant on my own for Rs. **K with *months advance and concluded the agreement on **.**.****. As per the Money Back policy I have requested to refund the amount as promised. They insisted for Agreement Proof and Payment receipt. Both were sent to the Executive and to the company emails on *th Aug ****.
As on date they are not refunding the amounts in spite of several emails and phone calls.
The NB office located in Bangalore.
