I have cancelled * bookings on *th January **** and Indigo airlines have already refunded the amount to Happyeasygo on same day. Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo. They always reply that it will require *-* days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
