I booked my flight from goibibo in februrary **** and then cancelled the flights in march, but goibibo did not issue a refund even though they sent me an email that the amount will be refunded within a week, It has been * months that I have been waiting for goibibo to issue a refund. They have not yet issued a refund and their customer care team keeps disconnecting my calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
