I asked goibibo many time for refund but the ignore.They said we can't refund your money .My brother was also about to travel in same flight,but he got full refund ,what kind of justice is this.When I asked Airlines said we don't have such policy then how he got refund.?
I booked Flight before the Covid ** starts, was about to travel but COVID starts.
I dint cancelled flight ,it was cancelled by Airlines.They should refund but they are saying we don't have such policy....I am realy dissatisfied..I mailed ,called even tweet **-** times.But they are not replying..I need justice for this?
