Amazon - Refund not issued after return pickup

This is re no refund provided (Rs ***) for my ORDER # ***-*******-*******. The item delivered was completely different from order placed and return was picked up by Dec** and no refund is issued till date (Dec **).

I brought the product with return assurance from amazon, amazon representative picked up product as well. Actions points from my side are done and I need complete refund as soon as possible. Experience checking with customer care was highly disappointing. The executive who attended the call was not understanding issue and said I will get amount in my account whereas in the app I can clearly see refund is not initiated. My expectation was he would support and trigger refund. But he was not even listening properly.

But I have not received refund of Rs ***. Kindly issue complete refund soon.
