I booked a ticket from Goibibo KLM Dutch airlines) , Brussels>Amsterdam>Mumbai. Return ticked. This booking was done on March *th, ****.
The ticket date was: **th April to and return on **th April.
The flight was canceled due to COVID ** outbreak and Goibibo promised me a refund as per the govt rules.
Then after a couple of months in May after multiple follow up they said, they will provide a voucher as the airlines are providing vouchers. I was happy with that. And as per my knowledge, few of my known people who booked directly from KLM have got their refund/voucher long back.
But in my case, Goibibo is bluffing every time I contact them they ask me to wait. The last I called the was in June-July, they said to wait for a few days. But its October now and I haven't received a refund either any kind of voucher.
