I ordered an item from club factory Order Number: S********** dated **-**-**** and the product I received was different and had some paint issue so I applied for the return. But i applied for return because the item was not working properly.Club factory sent a courier boy for the item to be picked up he checked the item whether it was damaged or not after checking he got satisfied and took the item.After almost a month i got a message from club factory that "SO********* Sorry,your return application SON***************** has been rejected since the return parcel didn't pass the quality check". So i opened the club factory app and checked the reason and it said "Seller's Rejected Reason: Shipment not Received". I was like what the hell this is not my problem i handed my package to their courier service so its their job to handover it to the warehouse so i complained this to their customer service and they forwarded my message to their senior executive team so after few days i received another message "SO********* Your returned packaged SON***************** has been delivered in our warehouse." So I was relieved a bit but it was in vain as to this day whenever i ask them about my refund they just copy pastes the message that "As i checked , your issue is under solving. Our related authorities will get back to you ASAP with a proper solution. We will do our best to solve this issue as soon as possible." Now i neither have the product nor the money totally cheated by them.
I want my refund as soon as possible or i might lodge a complaint against this company.
