I ordered a shoe from downtown website. After about ** days I got a call from them that they will not be able to deliver the shoe and asked me to either get the credits from from them or get a refund. So I opted for a refund. It's been almost * months now they have not refunded my amount. Their customer care service number is never reachable. They do not reply on emails. I've tried reaching them on social media on their Instagram handle, there also they are not giving any replies.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
