Dawntown fashion private limited - Product ordered but not delivered despite promising different delivery date

I placed an order with Dawntown Clothing on * December **** through their online store/Instagram page using Snapmint EMI. An EMI amount of ₹*,*** has already been deducted from my bank account on * December ****, but the product has not been delivered till date.
Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and Instagram, the seller keeps giving false assurances such as “it will be shipped by Monday” or “next week,” but no tracking ID or proof of shipment has been provided. Their website does not allow proper order tracking, and customer support is unresponsive. Messages are ignored or replies are delayed without resolution.
Even though the product has not been delivered, the EMI payment has already been charged, causing me financial loss and mental harassment. I am also worried about further EMI deductions for a product I never received.
I request immediate cancellation of the order, a refund of the EMI amount already paid, stopping of all future EMIs, or immediate delivery of the product along with compensation for harassment and deficiency in service.
