I placed an order for New Balance **** shoes on Dawntown ( order no. DT*****OD) on December **, **** and received confirmation on December **,****. I have still not got the delivery inspite of multiple follow ups. I even tried following up on Instagram as their phones never responded. In fact they even cancelled the phone numbers in use earlier. Now they have blocked me on insta as well and so I’m not able to follow up.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
