two parcels were picked up by a delivery boy at my hostel in Chandigarh. I live in a hostel and have CCTV footage that clearly shows the parcels being picked up by the delivery boy on that day.
Despite this, the company is claiming that they have no record of the parcels being picked up. It has been more than ** days since the pickup, and I have not received my refund. I have made numerous calls to the company’s customer service, but the issue remains unresolved.I am attaching the CCTV footage and all relevant details for your reference.
