Online pre booking seat charges of Rs. ****/- two times i.e. Rs.****/- deducted by Air india on dt **.**.**** and not refunded till date, the same was a failed transactions and pertaining to flight from Guwahati to Kolkata flight no. AI*** for dt **.**.**** PNR NO. YS*VE

Even regular reminder to Air india through mail amount is not refunded.
As per RBI time frame any Debit card failed transaction should be refunded with in *-** working days maximum.
Kindly help me in this regard to get my money.
