i have booked ticket with REF*********, feb **rd, from hyderabad to new delhi for the amount of **** after the card payment recieved a mail mentioning ticket got cancelled because of "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration".
same case with rerurn ticket too with REF*********, mar *th newdelhi to hyderabad amount of **** withdrawn from my account ...for these two transaction til now no on replying or refund is happening ....very absurd way of treating customers.. for every mail of mine they will autoreply as we will be doing in one week to ** days ....every time its the even after month also same reply of with in *-** days.....to my surprise both times with the same price i booked with other online portal .....by this am understanding is this one of cheating customerss???????????? by withdrawing money and telling them they will revert which will not happen...can you please let me know how to resolve this and where to report this ...
