Club Holizone - Refund not initiating

Firstly an event was organised in my distant location. They have invited us and we attended. That event was organised by a company named Club Holizone having the same thing as Club Mahindra like to send people on holidays. Then on next day Mr Sumit Jhanji (salesperson of the company) with his junior Mr Pukhraj comes to my home when I told him we don't want now we will buy it in September then the total package amount was ₹*,**,*** which I have to pay for ** years. This holiday plan then I told I don’t have money right now then I’ll block your limit in your credit card and your limit will be released you can pay EMI to start from September then he forced to pay **% amount then I’ll block your limit and your limit will be released in ** hours. Then he stops picking up calls then start talking in too much aggressively and I also contacted company their answer always remains we dont how much time your case will take then after some days their company’s executive also stop responding. I’m sending emails to them but they are not responded. Then I raise a complaint on national consumer helpline then they responded their that your refund will be initiated as you are requested to withdraw membership in ** days. You will get the refund within ** days. Today ** days are completed and now I’m going to file a case against the company against these fraudsters.
