Club Holizone - Misguiding customer and false commitment Open

I received a call for company free offer for *N/*Days for Fort Pachewar. We go to shaam e khaas hotel bhiwani to get more detail. We met Mr Sumit Jhanji with one more junior. They show us *-* star hotels on a booklet whose online pricing was more than *k-*k/night. They offered the *-year plan for xxxxxx INR with complementary *N/*Days (with breakfast+Lunch+Dinner) fort pachewar Jaipur. We asked them to give more time to think about this but these guys pressurize that offer is valid for today only. We said we don't have money then they said they will convert complete amount to interest-free EMI for two years. I did the biggest mistake & made the payment.
Now the story began. I call them for interest-free EMI then they said I will receive a call from the bank. I did not receive any call from bank & finally, Mr Sumit Jhajhi asked me to convert the amount into EMI by myself. He assures me of mail that my company will refund the interest amount. We made the payment on **-**-****. But even today they have not refunded my amount. I am totally frustrated with these guys. Every time they commit a date but never stand on their words.
also i tried to book my holidays and everytime the refused by saying that book before * months ....totally against commitment.
I was in very painful situation when they are not picking my phone .I want my full money refund.
