Club Holizone - Refund not initiated by club holizone

I was misreprsented and misguided and company club holizone/Club hozo duped me ***** rs. I am not satisfied at all. Company is totally fraud, Company staff are very clear to deceive the people. They have cheated thousands of people including me, i am not satisfied as i was told was different and what is actually is different, i want to save the other traveller please dont trust club hozo or club holizon as they are running fraud business and duping thousands of peoples. They registered me with them on ** jul **** and since then i wanted refund but they are giving lame excuses. I want club hozo/club holizon to refund my money asap.
Innocent people be more alert they are very cleaver to misrepresent and misguide and duping innocent people money. Pls process refund at earliest.

I was called to provide free tour coupon *N/*D but in gurgaon office:
HOLIZONE CLUB & RESORT INDIA PVT LTD.
Unit no- *** A, *nd floor, Mega Mall Golf Course Road, Gurugram- ******.
Devilal tried all efforts to showcase all fraud pictures and tried to sale the tour. He misrepresented and misguided and duped me ***** rupees and from the same day i asked him refund the money, he told me that within **-** days money will be refunded but today is morethan *** days still refund not credited into my account.
