I returned my products I ordered from coolwinks and now it's been around a months but they haven't still initiated the refund and always says me we appologise for the delay and your refund will be initiated soon. Other than these lines they are not at all providing me any solution. On the application my order status is still at return initiated while the product have been returned and it's with them.
